Hi, I’m Jayprakash Singh, a passionate teacher and a firm believer in the power of ancient wisdom for a healthier, more balanced life.

My journey into health and natural living began with a deep curiosity about traditional practices and their relevance in today’s world. Over time, this curiosity evolved into a mission—to explore and share the timeless knowledge of yoga, chakras, sattvic food, and spiritual well-being.

Satvik Lifestyle is my space to reconnect with the old ways of living that promote harmony between mind, body, and soul. From exploring the benefits of traditional diets to understanding the energy of chakras and the science of yoga, I love uncovering the secrets of a holistic lifestyle.
